PHAinspect app for iPhone and iPad

PHAinspect is a Public Housing/Section 8 Inspection application that conforms to HUD HQS inspection standards. User-defined inspection templates can be setup or you can use the standard HUD template provided. Inspection data is captured by room or area and multiple instances of rooms can be setup with descriptive designators.

Inspectors can view the current days inspections or they can set a range of dates to view upcoming and/or past inspections (pending as well as completed). They also have an option of viewing a map with pins showing the location of each pending or in-progress inspection.

Notes and images can be captured for each area inspected as well as for individual inspection items.

PHAinspect will create a full inspection report that can be emailed to the owner/landlord directly from within the application. The same inspection report can also be viewed within the application with options to send to an air printer, shared with AirDrop or opened in other applications.

PHAinspect can be run as a standalone application or it can interface with the PHAnetwork.com Cloud-based Housing System. If interfacing with PHAnetwork.com, PHAinspect will update both the Unit Inspection module in PHAnetwork as well as generate any necessary Work Orders in the Work Order module for Public Housing Inspections and update any Fixed Asset inventory recorded during the inspection process. For Section 8 inspections, the synchronization process will update any special amenities recorded during the inspection.
